I recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon with Rebekah and Bear of Sedona Shamanic Journeys. I knew my journey was going to be special upon speaking with Rebekah via telephone. Her compassion and knowledge came clearly through, and she spoke to me about my major problems to be worked on, as well as excitingly revealing my animal totem, Owl, and Owl medicine. She told me she would tailor my experiences for may greater good, as well as include some “surprises” for me.

Upon meeting Rebekah and Bear I immediately felt bonded with them and basked in their enthusiasm and kindness. We proceeded to the first vortex location where I learned of the masculine energy present. We then proceeded to a Native American medicine wheel set in rocks, and did a long healing ceremony complete with drumming, prayers of gratitude to the Great Spirit, and offerings of tobacco and water. Rebekah and Bear showed  reverence, Native American knowledge and compassion for me, as well as all life upon the earth. I was awed by their love and respect for the Great Spirit.

Afterward, we went to a female vortex location, where I was again given special information. We hiked along Oak  Creek. The spiritual qualities and energy of this sacred place could be palpably felt, with Rebekah and Bear’s reverence rounding out the experience. We settled in a special spot along the water with the majesty of the red rocks in the background. I was able to journey with Rebekah playing the native flute in the background. I had a soul wrenching release of lifelong fears and pain during this time.

I cannot say enough about Rebekah and Bear and their knowledge, compassion and kindness. I had contacted other shamans in the area, but knew I had found my spiritual home with them. They will be my friends forever. This day was life changing for me, physically as well as emotionally. Everyone who visits Sedona for healing, gratitude, sacred energy and love would be well advised to make the acquaintance of Rebekah and Bear.

I wanted to tell you that my Nuna and I had an amazing time today.  We learned so much and our interest in the history, culture, and practices of Native Americans has been greatly magnified.  Thank you for that.  Working with the Medicine Wheel today at the vortex has been fun and fascinating. Dear Rebekah and Bear, thank you.You have given me so much yesterday, I can’t even begin to list. So many points have been confirmed for me by your ceremony, by your presence and kindness, and…. profound authenticity.

Dear Rebekah and Bear, I cannot begin to put into words how much you both have impacted my life and spirit with your wisdom and love. The “sacred journey” was the beginning of amazing healing, both emotionally and physically. I see things from a whole new perspective, and thanks to your tremendous insight and gifts, I have begun what I call my “rebirth”. I continue to focus on what you have taught me and it has opened up tremendous spiritual experiences, both in nature and though my dreams. It was so difficult to leave Arizona and come home, as the negativity still remains in many ways. I hope to “recreate” a sacred place here where I can go to escape that as well as continue to make the changes I need to make within myself so that I can fight against the darkness (past and present). I look for the light around and inside of me, draw strength from you Bear, and peacefulness from you Rebekah. Indeed what a day! I am so happy we’ve done it and I learned much more than I was expecting! Flo and Julie loved it too, especially Flo who was a little not sure at first. My experience in the US this time has been amazing. Dear Rebekah, we are back to Germany and still some part of my heart is in Sedona area, and was there since centuries. Again I want to say Thank You. It was so inspiring and I never hoped to find what I found. Now I feel really connected to that land and to all people ever lived there. I just feel good. My pain in my back is 100% gone.
